This laser confocal raman microspectrometer combines new confocal microscopy techniques with an ultra-low-noise CCD camera for Raman detection and a high resolution spectrometer offering superior user friendliness and sensibility.
It can be expanded into the workstation with functions such as photoluminescence (PL) spectra, fluorescence lifetime, high/low temperature spectra measurements.
